Introduction

Every year, too many people die in situations where first aid could have given them a chance to live.. Even so, fewer than one in 10 people have been trained in first aid. We want every young person to have the opportunity to learn basic life saving skills at school.

On this site you’ll find engaging teaching resources and information on where first aid fits into the National Curriculum. You’ll also be able to contact an experienced schools trainer to come and deliver our Young first aider programme directly to your students.
